List endpoints take ?limit= (1–1000) and ?cursor=, and answer {"data":[…],"pagination":{"mode":"cursor","limit":N,"nextCursor":"…"}}.

Pass nextCursor back as cursor for the next page. A nextCursor of null means you have the last page. A cursor you did not get from us is 400 {"error":"cursor: unrecognised shape"} — do not construct one.
