Edit an unshipped order

requires orders.write

Change buyer details on an order that has not shipped. The writable set is a closed allow-list; sender_id is stripped. Once booked, an order is no longer editable.

Refused for merchant_finance · merchant_support · merchant_staff — these are read-only roles, and the refusal happens before the handler runs.
