Cancels with the courier and releases the order number for reuse. refunded reports what went back to your wallet.

logistic_idrequired	integer	The courier it was booked with.

Status	Meaning
200	`{status, awb, forward_id, refunded, order_id, mode}`.
403 `cannot cancel for another sender`	Not your order.
422 `cancel_failed`	The courier refused the cancellation.
503 `cancel_unavailable`	The courier is unreachable. Retry.
