Reorder only. You must send the complete ranking as a permutation of 1..n over the couriers already on your active rate card — this cannot add or remove a courier.

Refused for merchant_finance · merchant_support · merchant_staff — these are read-only roles, and the refusal happens before the handler runs.

Responses

Status	Meaning
200	The re-read ranking.
400 `incomplete_ranking`	Not every courier on the card was included.
400 `duplicate_logistic`	A courier appears twice.
400 `unknown_logistic`	A courier that is not on your card.
